Vernon Nelson was born in England in 1979 to parents in the U.S. air force stationed abroad. He was raised between Europe and California. As far back as he can remember, he has always vilbrated with various forms of artistry, primarily music and writing. As a teenager he toured with rap artists on their European tours, such as 90’s Wu-tang Clan Capadonna. Vernon’s transition from artist to published author took place during his untimely incarceration that began in 2002. In prison, his insensitive mind fueled the flame of his desire “to find myself,” he says, and to be enlightened and help others find themselves, are among my personal necessities of life.
