“Welcome to Wyoming.”  It’s a phrase that many inmates in the Wyoming Department of Corruption hear anytime they file a grievance for civil rights violations concerning violence from staff, retaliation from those that believe that they are the ultimate “authority”, (though the only actual badges they have are nametags and Velcro), and even several actions and statements that should fall under PREA.

In a previous article, I’ve made the statement that if you give a human being enough power, be ready for the consequences.  The statement made by the warden, deputy warden, and security staff, which is the title of this article, is just a small glimpse of the everyday arrogance and disrespect that comes from those in “authority”.

Well, I’ve started what I hope becomes a chain reaction of events concerning the protection of civil rights in this state.  Anyone who wants to see its outcome will soon be able to search it as “Warby vs. Wyoming”.  I have never in my entire life felt like I needed to file a lawsuit against any person or entity until I moved to the “Great State of Wyoming”, (commence eye-rolling), but I guess there’s a first time for everything.

Since I’ve filed, I have gotten an insane amount of pushback from staff that could be interpreted as more retaliation so I’m actually pretty excited to see how this plays out.  I can’t wait for the world to actually see what’s been going on behind the walls and see how Wyoming State Pen has been treating your loved ones.  It’s going to piss you all the way off for sure, but hopefully, it leads to laws being written that protect the civil rights of prisoners in Wyoming.

Here’s a fun fact concerning Wyoming…

Did you know that the entire population is only about that of a large city?  If I remember correctly, Houston, Texas actually has more people living in the one city than Wyoming has in the entire state.  I believe this is because no one with any great amount of common sense would want to live in a place where every illiterate redneck that lives there thinks that they are God.

A fun fact about the city of Rawlins, where this “state” pen is located, is that they would be a literal ghost town without this prison, and, even with it, the money issues surrounding Rawlins tells me that the town is on its way out anyway.  It’s just a matter of time until its completely bankrupt.

I guess if you sow corruption, you reap corruption…

Anyway, if you have any questions or comments about anything I’ve written, please either leave a comment on this page or even write to me.

Thank you for your prayers and support!

To Wyoming, welcome to the U.S., of which you are less than 1/50th.  Prisoners have rights as well.
