My name is Marcus Leyva. I’m Native American, 29 years old. I was born in Schurz, Nevada. I’m artistic, caring, ambitious, optimistic, humorous, and sentimental. I’m currently serving an 8-year sentence and will be eligible for parole on June 07, 2029. Since my incarceration, I’ve spent a lot of time working on becoming a better version of myself. My short-term goals are to obtain my High School Diploma, college degree and learn graphic design. My long-term goals are to move out of Nevada, start my own business and travel the world. Through my writing and art, I hope to meet new people with positive vibes and establish meaningful friendships.
