An avid hockey blogger until late 2010, when I began this lengthy sentence in the TDCJ, I’ve long had the knack for writing.
I took the fictional side of writing more seriously in 2017, when my antiestablishment, down with the PIC rantings, and antagonistic religious sentiments started to take on a satirical nature.
Since then, I have learned to tell a simple, yet engaging tale. I try not to dictate the stories—I’d rather they tell themselves, and at their own pace; I’m merely their conduit to fruition.
While I do write for my own enjoyment, I also find pleasure when others express an interest in my work—even if it’s only to criticize, as I’ve found that sometimes a little criticism leads to a boost in creativity. However, I’ve also discovered that my least-favorite part of writing is the dreaded self-editing process!
