Delbert “Sami” Williams is a poet, author and yogi. A proud Missourian who has spent the last 20 years in Pennsylvanian prisons for the choices he made as a junior in high school. A young Sami developed a love for literature and writing while in the hole. An eternal optimist, driven by his desire to uplift and inspire through writing, despite being caged in deplorable conditions.
Sami has practiced Yoga since 2012 and teaches a Yoga class, volunteers with several non-profit organizations, si a certified paralegal (who assists Spanish speaking inmates with legal matters), and is constantly furthering his education and building bonds with beautiful souls.
