The Saboteurs of Supreme Court Precedent

Atkins…Hall…Moore…Flynn…All are names of Supreme Court Cases, or names associated with Supreme Court Precedent that has been established as Law to protect (and preserve) the life of those who are Atkins…Those who are Autistic… Those who are Intellectually Disabled. So I must Let The Martial Arts Speak its Righteous Truth here since those in that category are facing an unjustifiable death by being held within our Death Row Societies. These particular Sect of People are confined Captives who have developed a learned behavior or skills (and or have been led by Heaven), to embrace certain behavioral functional patterns, that helps them to navigate their environment in order to survive. And operating from those particular patterns doesn’t constitute a denial of Atkins. But these Sect of People are being targeted by Saboteurs, who are on a campaign of evil to dismantle Heaven’s Ordained Supreme Court Precedent. It is a thirst to satisfy a greed of evil that operates out of racism, social status, and A Capitalist’s Mentality that wants this hunger of greed to exist due to the selfishness and the existence of Sin…
These Perpetrators are in Positions of Authority in various arenas but are more so within The Criminal Justice System. And it is their mentality of sin that spiritual leads to a persuasion to eradicate what is Good and Righteous. Or eradicate what has been established by The Guiding Heaven to protect The Intellectual Disabled. And the failure to protect people like: Jamaal Howard, Ker’Shawn Ramey, and Eddie Lee Bugsby should have never occurred. But these Autistic Men of Atkins were executed by The State of Texas. And their low I.Q. Scores and intellectual disability onset was ignored, which allowed their families to be bequeathed with the haunting question of: “Why…? Why did this had to happen to my Autistic Son?”
That “WHY” inquiry is a legitimate inquiry, especially when these families have provided “Legal Proof” that helps to establish (by Law), The Onset of Intellectual Disability. That “ONSET” must occur before the age of eighteen (18). And only Teachers, Siblings, and or Guardians of An Intellectual Disabled Recipient is allowed (by Law, and by The Official Manual of Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist), to add in as help to concur that Atkins Onset. And the occurrence of such Onsets was documented in those particular Death Sentence Cases. Furthermore, that onset too is revealed also in Ex parte Cathey (Tex. Crim. App. November 5th,2014). Yet denial of relief is there too, with clear cut evidence, that shows The State of Texas Sabotaging Hands. Therein, One can see how The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals utilized underhanded tactics to masked the outlawed “Briseno Factor” as The DSM-5…
With the occurrence of this, and the Legal Lynching of Intellectually Disabled People, a stance of Honor must ensue to push those Saboteurs to shed their Renegade Robes, and clothe themselves back into those Garments of Righteousness. This should motivate them to judge righteously.
When it comes to making a diagnosis for Atkins, taking The Crime that Men on Death Row are accused of are not permitted to be considered as evaluating factors by The Medical Scientific Fields of Psychology. So One should not include that Jamaal Howard and those other Men died because of their accused crime. Not! They died due to lies and sabotaging.
So The Saboteurs must stop…
The killings must ceased…The lies to hide and cover up the evil that persuades People in Power to reign detriment on Atkins Recipients must be brought to an end…
…To Demonize those with lesser mental capability by coercing them into the culpability state of embracing a Law Enforcement: “Case Closed” Outcome does not produce Justice. Indeed, Justice denied produces Rage…And Rage incited when Righteous produces The Wrath of The Heavenly Father. And the arrival of His Wrath, produces a harsh judgement that diminish (or eradicate) The Position and Power of those in Prominence. It especially will come on those who have prayed to The Heavenly Father to bless them with that Position of Authority. So we who are Native Americans, and are spiritually inclined, must recognize when we are being guided by evil to harm what Heaven has influenced. Then we can move in operation to stop it. And the doing of that, will show an example of Honor of how, The Heavenly Santee should conduct themselves…
So a renewed push to call for the halt to all execution of those with Intellectual Disability must be initiated. Remember, Native People of The Five Nations are held within these Chambers awaiting execution. And if you are not encouraged to do so, allow me to offer this piece of wisdom for Natives, and Non-Natives alike to remember: Those with Atkins Issues (Autistic or Intellectual Disabled), are in tune with Heaven in ways that displays a uniqueness about such Recipients. This uniqueness is exhibited in special or extraordinary ways that illustrates how Heaven is A Companion. So don’t let that glimpse of Heaven that Autistic People show, be destroyed.
In solidarity I write this. Not only as A Native Activist. But also as A Confined Person: I am Atkins… I am Autism…I am Cathey…I am Tung…And I am he who has just Let The Martial Arts Speak its Righteous Truth….
A Call For Our Good

“Let The martial arts speak!”
A positive and righteous truth that changes the lie:
That the native man has forgotten his true land
And has forsaken all that is good;
But the native man knows he is our good.
Indeed he begin as our way to good;
So Santee adhere to me: Look to the EL of all that is good.
O how great is the supreme creator that birth our mediator,
Our Elohim who commanded Yeshua’s redemption to be alive;
Now no more lies.
Rally please to the call as I cry:

A positive and righteous truth… the truth of Hapkido:
First form, a true form of worship…
A worship to acquire liberation and heaven’s lesson,
Lifetimes of lessons;
Lessons where all lessons are learned by wisdom’s gift:
Martial way please give me a life… a life to freedom…
Empowerment of redemption…
The true path to the great creator’s wisdom.
So rally once more as I cry:
“Let the martial arts speak!”
I see positive and righteous truth that screams: “Push native man!”
Push with the hand that grabs Hebrew and Kush;
Push… push… push, I say: Push! and become return.
Be the number nine…
Master all forms of the mathematics,
Even martial mathematics.

That leads to Elohim: tree of life.
