I am a father of 4 sons, 8 grandchildren.
I was married briefly in 2024, til 2026. I
strive very hard not to be bitter as my triggered
outdate was November 2016 the latest, so I
struggle with the withholding of the triggered
sentence modification(s) that are a legislative
mandate, but have endured several ultra vires
rulings outside the act sentenced under
K.S.A. 21-4635 et seq.

I say this because it’s law and in no
way do I support minimizing any crime
at all. I also was sentenced by a Judge D.
Burdetter, to a hard 50 sentence after his
lover A.P.A. Terra Morehead had my charge
amended from second degree murder to first
degree murder. This judge was forced to retire
and the A.D.A. Morehead surrendered her
license to practice law in 2024 after
being caught in corrupt activities.

Just picture waking up in prison every
day after being sentenced by the judge’s
own volition to an upward departure without
the jury, this then being call unconstitutional,
and the court has not called me back on their
own volition.

This is a lot to deal with, as it
is an entire political system not just
one or two corrupt public officials I
am dealing with in Wyandotte County, KS
District Court in Kansas City, KS. It’s
been the Kansas judiciary that the 54
of us Kansas women and men who have
the sentence modification pursuant to
K.S.A. 21-4639 being withheld.
