Grand Rising to the World right now it’s 4:34a.m and I’ve been up for bout 20 minutes just marinating, reflecting, visualizing and meditating on a few things such as how people speak on actions speak louder than words and seeing is believing but they have a lust and love affair with procrastination on a regular basis.
I know I’m in a physical prison which I personally call a training center because i’ve been able to train and work on improving and enhancing every aspect of my life so when I’m released from the department of rehabilitation and corrections I’ll no longer be a threat to my self,my community or society at large but will be an asset on so many different levels.
I’ve met so many people who are in mental,emotional, spiritual or financial prisons and they are truly having a difficult time releasing themselves because they have chosen to become self imposed entitled victims and feel someone else has to help them with these issues that they’ve created for themselves.
In this environment I get an up close and personal look at so many unique mindsets,behaviours and personalities that those of you on the other side of the fence will never get to see.I get to see the blind spots and grey areas of the male species that allows me to have empathy and compassion for the female species because today’s culture has really destroyed so many qualities and attributes that had the potential to propel a male to the next level.
I am thankful and grateful that I have the need,want and desire to continue to check self,study and learn on a variety of levels and just embrace the journey of growth, humility, maturity, awareness, emotional intelligence and regulation which keeps my impulsivity in check.
I have a great understanding of who and what triggers me and have healthy coping mechanisms in place if they are activated.
I flow thru traffic and stay present and control the way I respond to things and choose to put the work in on a minute to minute basis to exercise and execute my greatness and excellence because I realize greatness, excellence and wealth of whatever sort is a habit,a mindset,an attitude and lifestyle no matter the time,day,place or situation so I’ll freeze this for now til next month so have a prosperous and phenomenal month and life.

It is my Intent Every day to Enhance and Improve the Quality of My Life on Every Level. Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, Physically, Intellectually & Financially. There are days where I Imagine meeting Someone who is Authentic, Open-Minded, Optimistic, Raw & Uncut wit No Complex, Fears, Worries, Hesitations & Procrastination’s on Opening Up the Deepest & Richest Parts of Themselves.
It goes Beyond the carnal and flesh, High Frequency Type Swag it’s like why would someone who is on a Private Jet worry about someone who is riding the bus, there are Levels to this Game of Life and I’m So Locked In on being Released From the Department of Rehabilitation & Correction so that I can Create, Elevate & Evolve and Impact the Lives of $o Many People in a Positive, Powerful & Profound way.
It seems that there is So Much Chronic Complaining All Over the World and I’m Surrounded by So Many Entitled Victims so I’m So Grateful & Thankful for a Platform such as this because I can Get these things Off My Chest and Out of My System and Proceed Accordingly.

I Dream, Visualize & Imagine the Day where I can Finally Cry a Variety of Tears, Joy, Grief, Happiness, Hurt, Relief, Comfort, Pleasure, Peace and Gratitude.
It is my Intent to be Universally Attractive and Connect & Intertwine wit the Spirit of Those who are Fed Up with Average, Mediocre and Typical and who Yearn, Crave & Desire Phenomenal, Incredible, Amazing, Awesome, Magnificent, Stupendous & Extraordinary.

2026 is going to be an even Greater Year for Me because I spent the last 6 months truly learning more about my Self on a Deeper Level.I Believe Knowledge of Self and then Mastery of Self has allowed Me to Express Myself in a way that Connects with People in a Unique and Powerful way.
I’ve been reading some Powerful books that have Opened Up another Dimension of My Mind & Spirit and I’m Living my Life in an Intentional Way and Exercising my Creativity on a Variety of Levels.
For so many years I’ve been caught up dealing with a variety of different females or women and it was distracting Me from some of the Personal Things I Needed to work on Within Myself.
I have come to the Realization that Self Hate is anything that causes my Mind,Body & Spirit Harm and that’s Detrimental to my Health and Overall Wellbeing.
Self Love is Anything that Brings Me Joy,Peace and Anything that’s Helpful to my Mind,Body & Spirit and Uplifts Me in a Phenomenal Way.
I Have this Passionate & Profound Yearning and Craving in my Soul to Meet a Woman who just Embraces and Enjoys just Being Present and in the Moment without getting caught up in the labels,titles,fears,doubts,worries,over thinking or analyzing a Authentic,Intimate and Sincere Moment in 2026.
I’m Surrounded by males all day everyday and I’ve Truly Outgrown this Environment.I’m like a Eagle in a canary cage.I Stay in a State of Gratitude, I Keep a Right Mental Attitude and I look for ways to Elevate & Dominate on a Universal Level,on a Telepathic Level and Operate on a High Frequency for as long as possible.
I’m in the Process of being Released from Prison and I’m no longer a threat to public safety and have Evolved into an Extraordinary Asset to Society.i’ve been Restored and Reborn and I will continue to Pay It Forward and Be of Service to Humanity no matter the time, day,place or situation because my poor choices and decisions manifested Me into this situation and now my Incredible Choices and Decisions will Manifest Me out of this situation.
I Know my Lived Experience will Help So Many People because I’ve Embraced and Endured my Fair Share of Adversity and I Truly have the Greatest Desire to Help People Elevate & Evolve with No Ulterior Motives because We are All Interconnected on a Spiritual Level so I’ll freeze this for now so take this Present Moment to Activate,Exercise and Execute yo Greatness.

Thoughts

Grand Rising to All those who may read this right now it’s 4:40a.m and I’m laying on the top rack of this bunk and I’m Truly a Peace with Myself and the Choices and Decisions I have been making. I Literally just ended a Relationship I was in because there Was & Is something in my Spirit and Intuition telling Me something just isn’t right,so I took it upon Myself to end it.
I’m in the Process of being Released from the Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections and the #1 thing that Parole Board Speaks On and Expresses is they Highly Recommend not to be in a Relationship because things has changed so Tremendously since I’ve been home and I Need Time to get Adapted & Adjusted to the Speed of Everything Out there.
I Truly thought I Wanted to be in a Relationship however I Know that was a Programmed and Conditioned way of Thinking so now I’m just Truly Trusting and Flowing with my Spirit and Intuition with No Resistance and 100% Surrender.
I’m Working on Creating Some Fresh Off The Press Beliefs that are Aligned with My Purpose in Life which I’m Still in the Process of Living and Figuring it out as the days turn over.
I’m Realizing more and more Everyday that People will Use or Abuse You for their Benefit 100% of the Time if You Allow them because Any & Everything has to have Our Consent whether We are Conscious of It or Not.
I’m taking 100% Responsibility of my Choices & Decisions and I will continue to Hold My Self Accountable no matter the time,day,place or situation.
Self Preservation is a Universal Principle and I’m Surrounded by Energy Vampires on a Daily Basis with no Vacations so it’s a must that I Stay Relentless in my Recovery and Treatment.It’s a Mindset and Lifestyle for Me and I’m Always Interested in Learning from Anybody who has Positive Vibrations and Energy and Who Truly has the Need,Want and Desire to Help Serve Humanity in a Creative and Unique way.
Fresh Off the Press

Right now it’s 4:21a.m Eastern time and I just woke up about 10 minutes ago and as I am laying here the only thoughts that are running thru my mind are how can I be a productive member of society and what can I do now in my present situation to strengthen my return to society on every level. I have four more years til I’m eligible for parole so I’m focusing now on the type of things that will make me suitable for release and give me the Greatest Opportunity to be Successful once I’m released. I’ve been working on my Humility, Empathy, Acceptance & Compassion because I Know those things Inspire Connection with others. I Believe having Healthy, Happy & Harmonious Relationships are Very Important to my Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual Health and Well Being.
I Love this platform because I’m able to Express Myself Fresh Off the Press which means this is not rehearsed, I’m not reading off a cue card or script and I’m literally laying in my rack typing this and expressing it how I’m feeling it as I’m actually feeling it. I Know that it is my Intent to Inspire & Motivate People no matter the time, day, place or situation and show people that We are all Connected in some shape, form or fashion because I have the Need, Want & Desire to be Loved, Cared for, Supported, Respected and Appreciated in an Unconditional & Intentional way.
I Accept 100% Accountability & Responsibility for Everything that has happened in my Life, and I have put in the work Relentlessly to Identify my Thinking Errors and Unlearn some things that I was taught, some conditioning that was toxic, venomous and hazardous to my wellbeing as well as others.
I dealing with my Untreated Trauma which has Helped Me Unlock so many things Inside Me, I use to have a Complex about asking for Help and now I don’t and to Prove this I would like to take this time to ask for Help from anyone who has Knowledge, Wisdom, Understanding or Perspectives on what it takes or what will it take for Me to continue to Work Towards becoming a Better, Stronger & Wiser Person & Man once I Reenter society after spending so much time in prison. I have dealt with my fair share of losses, pain, hurt, abandonment, shame, regret, embarrassment and humiliation. I’ve Channeled the Energy from all the things and now and use it as Fuel to Grow, Mature, Develop, Transform, Create, Connect, Empathize, Elevate, Evolve and Always wake up in a State of Gratitude and Thanksgiving.
I Feel my Spirit is Aligned with my Purpose at this Present Moment and I’m $o Focused on the Now and not looking too far behind and not looking too far ahead so I’ll freeze this for now so I Thank The Whole Team Over at Minutes Before Six for this Powerful & Profound Opportunity to Express Myself FRESH OFF THE PRESS and Giving Those of Us in Much Needed Hope & Light in a dark situation.
