Family
By Victor McKaney

AS PRISONERS (FEMALES and MALES) WHAT DOES THE WORD FAMILY MEAN TO YOU?
FAMILY: Consisting of the nuclear family and their blood relatives.

FOCUS: The concentration of attention or energy on something.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Responsibility to someone or for some activity.

MOTIVATION: That which gives purpose and direction to behavior.

INTEGRITY: An undivided or unbroken completeness or totality with nothing wanting.

LEADERSHIP: Possession of the qualities (especially mental qualities) required to do something or inspires others.

YIELD: Causing to happen or be responsible for.

To ALL my fellow prisoners WOMEN and MEN if you believe this represents yourself then act accordingly and do your time and go home to your FAMILY. If youre like myself with a Natural Life without the possibility of parole sentence. Your job is to keep on FIGHTING for your release date. Quitting is not in my vocabulary, nor is it an option.

Love
By Victor McKaney

Physical: You love to be able to touch this item, person, or animal. It makes you feel good on the inside when you come into contact with this object or person.

Mental: In your mind you Love this thing or person because it sounds great when you tell someone out loud but it rings true in your mind.

Emotional: This you feel in the gut of your stomach, the Butterflies tingling sensation. Just talking about this individual can lead to an overwhelming feeling of euphoria.

Seeing: Upon seeing this object / person you will break into a smile every time.

Spiritual: This feeling will come from deep in your soul and will always shine through you brightly with fulfillment.

If you can relate to any of these types of LOVE then express it verbally to that individual.
